Team Social and Nutrition Talk
All groups – Tuesday, October 25 – 6:00-7:30pm – Club Lounge
6:00pm – Social begins
6:15pm – Nutrition Talk with Kristin Ames – she will discuss good habits to start building for young swimmers so that they can make the most of their training as they move forward.
6:45pm – Swimmers will have dinner after Monsoon/Swim Academy 2 training ends at 6:45pm.
Please register on our website by Tuesday, October 17 so that we have the right amount of food for the swimmers.
Pursuit/Typhoon Parents are welcome to attend, they will have a more specific nutrition talk the night before.
