Nanaimo Spring Sprint Meet
April 22-23
Three session long course meet over two days for swimmers that meet enough qualifying standards to race (see meet package - a little faster than LMR qualified). This meet has been added to offer another chance for long course racing, this would be the lowest priority after Surrey and Kelowna.

Saturday AM - on deck 7:45am, race 9:00-2:00pm
100free, 50fly, 100back, 200brst, 200im
Saturday PM - on deck 3:30pm, race 4:45-8:00pm
100fly, 50brst, 50free, 200back, 400im
Sunday AM - on deck 7:45am, race 9:00-1:00pm
200free, 50back, 200fly, 100brst, 400free
Swimmers are welcome to attend Saturday only or both days. Please mark this on your registration or email Brad with specifics. Registration deadline is Monday, April 10.
There will be no team travel. Families are encouraged to travel together or bring extra swimmers. We will have a hotel room blocked for Friday and Saturday night.
There is a 6:15am ferry to Nanaimo on Saturday morning for any swimmers that want to travel at that time. The ferry arrives at 7:55am so Pursuit swimmers could be shuttled or cab to the pool that is 10-15min away. Warm-Ups go until 8:50am. Swimmers could also return that night. Let Brad know if your swimmer would like this option. We may have some ability for older swimmers to travel on their own. Please let Brad know about what works best for your family so we can figure out rides and accommodations for everyone. I would recommend taxis as transportation as driving onto the ferry is much more expensive.
