Monsoon, Tsunami and Swim Academy swimmers welcome.
Nutritionist Krisin Ames will be talking to swimmers and parents of our younger groups about the basics of proper nutrition for young athletes. Kristin will touch base on proper nutrition habits for swimmers in training and at competitions. We have had Kristin work with the team in the past and she is a fantastic resource! Creating good habits at a young age will really help as swimmers move through our team!
To register please sign up on our website, everyone will be welcome at the event but it is great for us to know numbers in advance. The information is really important for parents as they have a big role in their athletes nutrition. It is encouraged for athletes to take part as it will help them buy in to the importance of fueling themselves properly to maximize their training and performances.
