Pursuit/Typhoon Mental Skills Session with Saul

Lower Tennis Courts Boardroom
All Pursuit/Typhoon swimmers are encouraged to attend this mental skills session with Saul Shrom. Saul worked with our swimmers last year to help them explore mental skills to enhance their training and racing. We held a session on October 17 and will also have a session on December 11. Swimmers should be attending as many of these sessions as they can. We will get out of the water early to make sure it works for everyone - Typhoon will get out a few minutes early to get to Pilates at 5:45pm.
